Q1: Why unable to power on or unable to charge?
A1: For the first time, you need to fully charge the charging case and headphones before using them.
Need to remove the protective film of the headset to charge the headset normally
Q2: Why bluetooth headset cannot be connected to the phone, or there is no sound in the left or right ear (most of the time it is the first time when the battery is low)
A2: Remove the left and right headphones from the charging case. The left and right earphones are automatically turned on and complete the automatic series connection. A blue light flashes on one side of the headset, and red and blue lights on the other side of the headset alternately flash to enter the pairing state. After deleting the link record on the phone, the phone will search for W5 and click to complete the connection.
